Laura has experience in all three court levels (Provincial, Court of Queen’s Bench and the Court of Appeal). Typically, her matters involve high conflict in which litigation is the last resort. Her cases have involved complex matters relating to custody, access, child support, spousal support, and property division. She has extensive experience at both the trial and appellate level. Laura has over 20 years of experience in litigation matters. Since 2005 she has had over 10 appearances before the Court of Appeal, and runs at least 6 family law trials/hearings a year in which oral evidence is called. She has attended numerous binding Judicial Dispute Resolutions as an effective alternative to trial when appropriate.

Michelle is an experienced and compassionate lawyer who understands the emotional difficulty of family law matters. Michelle assists clients with all family law matters, including divorce and common law separation, custody, parenting, child and spousal support, matrimonial property division, common law property division, and imputation of income.
